    I was so pleased with Sandeus Property Group! Mrs. Sanchez was very professional, organized and tenacious. She is the perfect combination of assertiveness and warmth. I felt like I was a priority and more than just a pay check. She went back and forth negotiating with Seller's Agent. Not only was she able to close the deal, but also got my closing date moved up a week for me. I will gladly continue to use Sandeus Property Group for any further sales.
